Registration

Registration night is August 18th & 19th 5:00-8:00 at the studio!

or:

1) Print out the Registration Form 2011-2012.
2) Fill out the form completely, indicating the classes you would like to take.
3) Mail registration form along with the registration fee (until September) to:

Family Registration – fees are per dancer, NOT per class:
$15/one dancer
$25/two dancers
$30/three dancers

Please call for class prices! Discounts will be given per family for multiple classes, as well as for payments made in full per year or per semester.

Payments & Attendance

You are responsible for paying for all classes during the semester, regardless of any absences from class. You may make-up any missed classes due to illness or other extenuating circumstances during any other classes at an equivalent level.

Payments may be made in full per year, per half-year, or in 9 equal monthly installments. Monthly payments are due by the 5th of each month, after which a late fee will be charged.

Cash or checks only please – no credit cards! There will be a fee for any returned checks!

Cancellations

In the event of severe weather, In MOTION dance classes will follow the Rockingham County Public Schools cancellation policy. We will also post these cancellations on our website, on the radio, and on the studio answering machine. Feel free to contact us if you ever have any questions!

Dress Code

You are required to wear dance apparel for ALL dance classes! No body concealing attire! Your hair must be pulled out of your face for all classes and worn in a bun for ballet. You will not be allowed into class if these standards are not followed!
